A CASE REPORT OF TRAUMATIC BONE CYST IN THE MANDIBLE

Abstract

|
The authers had a case of traumatic bone cyst in the left mandibular cuspid and 1st bicuspid region. 1. This patient was a 14-yrs old school girl. 2. This case was found through the routine panoramic radiograph for the orthodontic analysis. 3. The diagnosis of traumatic bone cyst was made by the X-ray finding and surgical exploration. 4. This patient was performed surgical exploration on the left side mandible under the general anesthesia with nasoendotracheal intubation by the extraoral approach. 5. The result of surgical exploration was excellent with satisfactory bony regeneration of the cavity.
